Exchange and Refund Policy
We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience at Fresh Soul Baby. If at any point you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange size and/or colour provided that you return the items as new – that means unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached. We will exchange sizes and/or colour provided we have it available. If the same item is unavailable for exchange then we will offer a store credit for another item on our website to be used within 2 months of the purchase date. An exchange will not be provided until the item is safely returned to Fresh Soul Baby.
We take pride in ensuring the items we sell on Fresh Soul Baby are of the best quality. If you receive an item that is faulty we will refund the purchase provided that the item is unworn, unwashed with tags still attached. For exchange and refund enquiries please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. The cost of returning your exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer. We accept no responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post. Your item must be inspected by Fresh Soul Baby before the faulty item cost or the shipping costs are refunded. We do not refund for change of mind.
